Description

Online auction of various mining, construction and plant equipment.
All lots to be sold subject to confirmation to highest bidder.
All required documents for this auction can be found on our bidding platform or on our website (at the bottom of this page).
Please adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations implemented by the Ministry of Health during viewing and collection of assets.

Registration deposits & currency payments
Accepted currency: ZAR or USD
Refundable registration deposit of R5000 or $300.
All FICA/Due Diligence documents must be submitted with registration form and proof of payment of registration deposit.
Buyer’s premium
8% buyer’s premium charged on all lots sold.
Sales tax
15% value added tax (VAT) on purchase price (hammer price)
15% value added tax (VAT) on buyer’s premium

During normal working hours at NIMSI/Panabid Africa premises.

Asset collection
During normal working hours at NIMSI/Panabid Africa premises.
Monday – Friday between 08:00 to 16:00 CAT
Collections & removals
All asset removal costs are at buyer’s own expense.
Crane facilities are available for hire next to premises, contact details can be supplied if requested.
Transport contractors available for hire, contact details can be supplied if requested.
Limited assistance will be given by NIMSI/Panabid Africa personnel.
Invoicing & payments
All invoicing will be done on confirmation of assets.
Invoices will be sent via email to successful buyers.
All payments can only be made via wired/electronic bank transfers.
Exchange rate as on closing day of auction for customers paying in USD.
Release of assets
Assets will only be released once full payment reflects in the nominated bank account of Panabid.
Proof of payment for assets must be given to transporter or shipping company that collects assets.
